Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OralX Studios, an adults-only subscription service operated by RA7BIT Entertainment LLC (Wyoming, USA). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only — 18+

OralX Studios contains sexually explicit material intended solely for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to create an account, subscribe, or view any content. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this service. Accounts found to belong to a minor are terminated immediately without refund, and every member must complete age verification (18+) before access is granted.

2. Membership plans and pricing

OralX Studios offers the following subscription plans:

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice; a price change never applies to a billing period that has already started.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the plan you selected, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize RA7BIT Entertainment LLC and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet descriptor used by the payment processor.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then, and automatic renewal stops. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refunded, including for partial periods or unused content.

5. Digital content and license

All content on OralX Studios is digital. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and, where offered, download content for your private, non-commercial use only. Downloads marked as included in your membership remain available while your subscription is active, subject to these terms. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share content or your account credentials with any other person.

6. Intellectual property

The OralX Studios name, branding, site design, and all published content are the intellectual property of RA7BIT Entertainment LLC and its licensors, protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you. Unauthorized use, including re-uploading content to any other service, may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access the service if you are under 18; share or sell your account; attempt to bypass age verification, paywalls, or security measures; harass performers or other members; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA7BIT Entertainment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
